Shipping Damages

All damages made by shipping companies in delivering products to customers will be covered by our diamond shop. We will ship out new replacement units as soon as we verify the shipping companies are returning the damaged units to us. It is imperitive that the customer verify damage prior to signing off for it from their shipping company in order to get refunds or exchanges.
